Saturday 14th August 2010 at Slí na Bandé, Newton Mountkennedy, Co. Wicklow
The focus of Eigse Spiriod Ceilteach is ‘The Future of Celtic Spirituality in Ireland’ and I (Con Connor) am one of the speakers - my talk will be on "Nurturing Pagan Spirituality in Natural Time".
Invited speakers will share their hopes and wishes and intentions on this theme. There will be 5 talks with a break for lunch in the middle. The talks will be followed by a Talking Circle, where there will be a chance for everyone to discuss the ideas / suggestions raised by the speakers and to contribute other relevant knowledge / understandings.
In the evening will there will be a Sweat Lodge (limited places) to clear the mind and strengthen our connection to the Earth. At the same time there will also be a bonfire with Music and Storytelling around the fire.
Tickets are 15 euro in advance (online or by cheque) or 20 euro on the day. This is a not-for-profit event, any profits will go towards next year's event.
