Hi to all students and members, and a warm welcome to our newest members,
The next "Ritual of Protection" for and on Tara will be on the Full Moon on *Tuesday* (correction - Wednesday) 28th of April, 23 days before the Sun has entered Gemini. We will start our Full Moon Ceremony by 8ish and finish by ten (approx.) Dress in layers and meet on the gravel patch beside the Rath of the Synods at 8pm. We will use our native Celtic Irish language during this ceremony with explanations in English. All are welcome to attend this free and open ritual ceremony on and for Tara.
Friday the 14th of May is the night of the Dark Moon and we will hold private ceremony here in Castlerea. We will start at 8pm in our purpose built ceremonial enclosure. All Drui Daltai, Drui Fasach and those on our usual invitation guest list are welcome.
Our next Sli an Drui weekend workshop is for Beltine 2010 from Friday 30th of April at 7pm to Sunday 2nd of May at 5pm.

We will celebrate Beltine at home at our ceremonial enclosure at noon on the Sunday – Drui Daltai and those on our usual invitation guest list are welcome – arrive before noon please.
The natives are returning to their old ways again. Many fires are to be lit around Ireland for Beltine, some associated with music festivals and some private but all over Ireland people are celebrating the beginning of summer in the pagan way once more. Let us hope that the organisers use wild and sacred wood and respect the land, the people and the ancient temples.
We were unable to get to Tara for the last two full moon ceremonies for February and March because of very severe bad weather conditions. Even Grove members who live nearby could not get safely to Tara. It will be refreshing to be there again next Wednesday. The new stone cairn at Collierstown that was created last year to be an Ancestor Memorial has been removed in the last two weeks and its site has now been landscaped. This is a shame – we had contributed many stones to this memorial from our Full Moon Ceremonies on the Hill of Tara.
