THE DRUID'S PATH
When you start to look at how to be a Druid it may be because of a genetic leaning or you may simply just thrill to the old sagas and tales of magic or you may even feel the pull of a special sacred place in Ireland - but once you start to seek deeper truths, you are on your own spiritual adventure. But watch out - at the first gateway there are bandits - certified psychics, professional magicians, druid priests, archbishop druids, and the Romantic Druids who all set out to capture your freedom as they enslave you to their prosperity. I suggest that for almost everyone today that wants to become a true Celtic Druid that he or she must first understand that most existing literature on "druids" is pure spin. I have written about the need for military finance dictating the style and content of the Emperors letters to Rome under the Druidism tab. Masonic revivalists later incorporated the 'Latin Spin' as suited to their agendas. Under the same tab I have also written about much 'modern' Druidry as a version of and descended from Freemasonry. The Orange Lodge in the North of Ireland is a Freemason order as is the Knights of Columbanus (a kind of a Green Lodge) in the Republic of Ireland. Wica (as first spelt by Gardner) evolved from ritual Cabbalistic Crowley type magick in the middle of the last century and all the above have no connection to Celtic Druidism.
None of the above religions or practices is Celtic in any way because they are based on the principles of a different magical tradition of an alien culture - the Cabbala. But it must be said that many of the above religions or practices have added bits of Celtic or Gaelic to their workings. This has caused much confusion for the seeker of the true Celtic Druidism Path who might meet well meaning groups who are happy to just change levels within the system of the matrix. But is it the true aspirant who gains access to the Path and those who wish to be Celtic Druids must first emerge from the designer fog of confusion - you must escape the lies of history by recognising them as darkness. Exalted consciousness is only possible for the Celtic Druid when he or she lives without TV or Radio indoctrination. This means that you need to live in a house without a television or a constant radio. If you live for three weeks without being programmed by the TV radio papers and magazines - your awareness / consciousness of true reality expands, then maybe you will even try it for a few years... This might be the second stage in escaping the matrix.
If you have walked through the modern "Romantic Druid" world and found the true Celtic Realm having disconnected from the system TV programming you will begin to hear your own spirit guidance / intuition. This implies inner balance and a shift in your assemblage point or point of perception. You may begin to experience Freedom in the simplest pleasures as you connect more completely to Nature and to Source. Listening to your intuition is hearing your own spirit guidance and this acts to balance excessive thinking helping deeper integration.
When you get this far you can plug in properly by aligning with true sidereal time consciously connecting to cosmic cycles. This is not about worship - it is about atunement. Religion separates you from God but Spirituality connects you to the Gods. In Latin 2000 years ago to be 'Pagan' meant to live outside of Roman Control, but today 'Pagan' implies Earth based spirituality. Religion is another Latin word meaning to be tied with ligament. This is actually binding you to the dogma of the Bible/Koran/Torah. Sidereal means true time cycles as marked by alignments with specific stars in the Belt of the Zodiac. Spiritual means seeking and expressing God and Goddess in everyday life. Celtic is a grouping of people in Europe who have a common language and traditions that predates Rome and Greece. Celtic Druidism was not and is not a Religion, nor is it an offshoot of Cabbalism, Freemasonry, and Wicca etc because Celtic Druidism is a Spiritual Path that predates them all. Because the early 'Celtic Civilisation' although rich and powerful left us without written records all Romantic type Druidry is modern and made up from Greek or Roman writings. Celtic Druidism is higher-minded intuition balanced by intellectualism expressing the greatness of spirit; it is a magical path beside the Celtic Stream that leads to the great river of the Cosmic Tradition of the highest aweareness.
