This page shows images taken on Lunar Samhain 06, the Death and Rebirth of the Celtic New Year. Two Lady Druids of the Dark Moon Grove on Tlachtga (Hill of Ward) generated a pure new flame or fire spirit at Sunset. We held Ceremony on the Hill of Ward (Cnoc Tlachtga) and then this flame was taken to Tara for the second sacred fire of the night. Our third sacred fire was at Sliabh na Callighe - no pictures are shown of this private celebration. As the Fire goes out - the dedicated few remain - from here we went on to the third sacred fire to celebrate the Celtic New Year at Sliabh na Callighe
