The forced M3 double toll road is 3km and E40m longer than it needs to be to sort any transport problem by going through Tara Valley. Why does it go this way you may ask.... As I was writing this essayl - I had a phone call - a line of 30 machines are driving to the Henge beside Opus Dei in Tara Valley - their intention is obvious. The EU has declared a breach of its Laws - there is a stop on the work - 4 protesters are in jail - the diggers are attacking the most important monument in the valley of Tara. In this valley, inside the Henge, a high status female with a full size horse and an oversize dog were laid to rest. The Lady and her companions were removed by black sack and are in storage in ACS Ltd warehouse in Drogheda. Opus Dei are intent on destroying the Henge - they dont mind the fine - their intent is clear.

A note of caution. The EU, including the Petitions Committee is now enjoying its Summer recess, as such all business is effectively on hold between 18/07/07 to 27/08/07, when Parliament resits. Most of the Members of the Petition Commitee have now it seems left for holidays and/or constituency work.
