Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All-Ireland Sean Brady gave a sermon at Knock Shrine where he said that people who put their trust in horoscopes, astrology and mediums lack trust in God and are "colluding with an illusion". He said this at Knock at the 2007 National Novena.
I find it quite amusing that any church leader would try to deny the very powerful connection between the church and Astrology which adorns so many churches etc. Below is a selection of Zodiac Images from Chartres in France collected during August 07 on our trip to the Druid Order gathering at Davayat. Maybe Dr Brady thinks that we Irish never travel or cant see the true history written in stone ....

Dr Brady said people were "seeking to control their future rather than entrust their future to God's promise and plan". "The result is an increasing culture of insecurity and fear." Underlying the trend of "future-telling" is a fear of the future, the Archbishop added. He said it was evidence of the failure of a life without God to address the deepest needs of the human spirit.
Maybe he is just the current spin-doctor at Knock where he is guarenteed a convinced audience. But, God seems to have deserted the church and it may just be that ordinary people dont trust the church's version of Gods plan for them following so many serious revelations about what the priests, brothers and nuns were doing to the young children with their bishops knowledge.
Below is a section of the Zodiac window at Chartre showing that the church had begun to loose true connection to the cycles of time known as Sidereal or Zodiac time - because the wrong month is shown - it is the activity for November but instead the name shown is December - a very clear mistake. The back of the axe is to be used to kill the pig for the coming dark months.

Zodiac Arch Doorway Chartres
Above - This is the Zodiac Arch over a doorway into Chartres. It is comprised of the figures in a style that was current in the 1300's to describe the Zodiacal Signs.
"The challenge is to keep our lives focused on Christ amidst the distractions of increasing prosperity...in an increasingly secular, sometimes hostile culture." Said Dr Brady. The Archbishop said that for all its "human imperfections", the Catholic Church still holds the answers to the "big questions of people's lives".
He wants all the escaped catholics to still believe that the church (ie not God) has all the answers to the "big questions of people's lives" - but people dont thinks so anymore. People have become educated and able to think without fear - and blind faith is not normal these days.
Below is another arch showing an interesting array of strange beasts. I'm an Astrologer for over 30 years and I can decipher this arch concept for you as hidden Astrological knowledge. In the centre is the Sun God emerging from a Vesica Pisces or Womb symbol, he is surrounded by four beasts, the bull, lion, eagle and man. These represent the four brightest stars in the Zodiac which form an equal (almost equal) arm cross. In the bull, Taurus we had Alderbran, in the lion Leo we had Regulus, in the eagle (Scorpio) we had Antares and in the man Aquarius we had Formalaut. These four bright stars were seen as Archangels but the church turned them into beasts and presented them as the apocalypse - as a device to frighten you .... this is now denied by the good Dr Brady.

It was a statement of the churches power and it displayed a wide range of the churches knowledge to intimidates the innocent. The naked demon below is up to no-good, possibly involved in a sex crime but he/she is not the only one ...

Clerical Abuse or Demons at Chartres?
My French collegues in the World Druid Order inform me that before there was a Catholic Church at Chartres it was an important Druidic Centre. I wanted to visit, see and feel the energies at this place of power. It was dark and heavy with emotional pain, heavy shadows even in midday sunshine because that is the way it was designed. I did not walk the Labyrinth - but two of our group did and while their story shows that there is still subtle energy power here it is not warming nor it does not make you feel good. Maybe this is the negative effect of the church - perhaps as a Druidic Centre it may have been able to flow freely and in harmony.
