Hi to all students and members, and a warm welcome to our newest members,
The next "Ritual of Protection" for and on Tara will be on the Full Moon on Friday, the 26th of October, three days after the Sun has entered Scorpio. We will start our Ceremony by 8ish and finish by ten (approx) when we share the "The Celtic Goddess Dreaming", which is a suggested visualisation located in the high valley of Tara see http://www.druidschool.com/site/1030100/page/837902 Dress in layers and meet on the gravel patch beside the Rath of the Synods at 8pm. We will use our native Celtic Irish language during this ceremony with explanations in English. All are welcome to attend this free and open ritual ceremony on and for Tara.

Progress on the Ireland’s Druidschool’s new premises is going well, with the new roof on, outside walls plastered, the reed beds set out and the foundation for the wind turbine secured. Hemp / lime putty has been secured from the Ark Nursery for the inside walls and service roads have been laid. Our circular ceremonial enclosure has settled and grown its covering of herbs and wild plants and the square fort enclosure has also re-grown some grass without our help, the drainage ditches are being cleared by a digger and we have a neighbours Irish Draught horses trampling the rushes down while eating the long grass back a bit. We expect to have our first weekend workshops around the Spring Equinox 08.

Apologies to correspondents who expect a quick reply - this is due to my being in Dublin less and less as I create the new Druidschool premises and accommodation in Roscommon. My order of response is Student Druids, Druidschool members and then casual callers. Replies may be a week or more on occasion. More information on our new premises during 2007.
